Utilize Workday Learning for additional quick reference guides and training videos. To access Workday Learning, type “Advising” into the Workday search bar (or any other term you need support with). Click on “Learning” to view courses related to your search.

Please keep in mind that the ability to enter attendance and grades will not be available in Workday until August 18th, 2025.

The “Faculty Teaching & Advising” Dashboard in Workday is a helpful place to begin with most faculty and instructor tasks. Access the “Faculty Teaching & Advising” Dashboard by clicking on “Menu” in the upper left corner in Workday. Then select the dashboard in the listed Apps.
