GUS Student Records Training Schedule
General Information
This training provides an academic department-focused GUS overview for the student records module. It is the gateway training required for initial access to the Student Records module, and provides a general overview of faculty and academic department administrative functions. Faculty training is the required initial training for all academic department users. Those requiring department-level access in addition to the faculty and advising modules must also attend the department admin training.
Session dates, times and locations are subject to change, and RSVP is required for all sessions. To RSVP, please sign in to Workday. After signing into Workday, click here to learn how to sign up for an offering.

Student Records Faculty Training

Faculty Advisor Training
The Advisor training will consist of the following “how-to” information:
- View your advisee’s degree audit, view your advisee’s transfer credit, show you where to view your list of advisees, show you how to navigate the Student Center tab, view your advisee’s General Information tab, and view your advisee’s Academic tab
